We are looking for long- and short-term Experts for a Funding Facility in the Education Sector in francophone West Africa, starting 3rd quarter 2026.

We are looking for candidates with different key profiles:

​

• Professional experience in fund management / financial management incl. setting up FM operations, cash-flow / budget planning and fund utilization monitoring, preferably in the education sector

​

OR

​

• Professional experience in handling international procurement processes, esp. in the application of Procurement Guidelines and Standard Bidding Documents of international donor organizations, preferably in the education sector

​

OR

​

• Professional experience in designing and implementing measures in the technical vocational education and training sector, incl. aspects of TVET financing

 

In addition, all candidates shall

• be experienced with international donor-funded projects

• have professional experience in francophone Africa

• be fluent in English and French
